At Auvrella, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns
You may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Items must be returned in the original packaging
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required
Certain items such as clearance products, gift cards, or personalized items may not be eligible for return.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong item was sent.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
